Terms of Use for This Website

Last updated: October 2026

These terms cover how you use morgantelevision.garden and the services offered through it by Morgantelevision Septic. When you use the site, call the number on it or send a form, you agree to these terms. This is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What Morgantelevision Septic Does

Morgantelevision Septic is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent plumbing and septic providers. We do not pump tanks. We do not fix septic systems, drain fields or sewer lines. We do not do any plumbing work. We are also not part of any deal you make with a provider.

Providers Run Their Own Business

The providers you reach are independent businesses. They alone answer for their quotes, prices, schedules, work, permits, licenses, insurance and conduct. We do not hire, manage or direct them. We make no promises about when they can come, how fast they reply, or how their work turns out.

Before you hire anyone, we suggest you check their credentials. Ask to see proof of license and insurance. Get a written quote.

General Information Only

The content on this site is for general information. It is not plumbing, engineering, legal, insurance or financial advice. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures. They change with each job, and they are not quotes. Confirm details with a qualified provider. When it matters, check with your insurer and your local health department too.

What We Ask of You

Give true and correct details when you contact us. Use the site only for lawful reasons. Do not misuse the site, disrupt it, or try to get in without permission.

Calls and Messages

When you call or send a form, you agree that we and the provider we link you with may contact you about your request. That may be by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing. To ask us to stop contacting you, email contact@morgantelevision.garden at any time.

Our Content

The words and design of this site belong to Morgantelevision Septic or those who license them to us. Do not copy or reuse them for business purposes without permission.

Limits on Our Responsibility

The law allows us to limit our liability, and we do so to the fullest extent it permits. Morgantelevision Septic is not liable for loss or damage that comes from using this site, from a provider's services, or from any deal between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is," with no warranties of any kind.

Changes to These Terms

We may change these terms at any time. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.
