How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Morgantelevision Septic to feel treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Morgantelevision Septic
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we linked you with behaved

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. Say your septic, sewer or plumbing job went badly. The usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record.

Please still tell us. Your feedback helps us keep our network honest. Providers who fall short again and again may be removed. Know this, though: Morgantelevision Septic cannot settle contract disputes. We cannot refund a provider's work. We cannot make choices for a provider.

How to File

Email contact@morgantelevision.garden and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what you want us to do

What Happens After You Write

We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened. That may mean we contact the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general. Your local Better Business Bureau is another option. For problems with licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may also help.
